Mr. Akshay Mehrotra - Director:
- A strategic planning & marketing wiz with over 20 years of extensive work experience with some of India’s biggest brands like Future Retail Ltd, PolicyBazaar.com, Big Bazaar, and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
- Implementer of the company’s product strategy and focused on building the business and building EarlySalary as a Financial Institution.

Mrs. Subhasri Sriram - Independent Director:
- Three decades of professional experience including 25+ years in Shriram Group’s Financial Services business.
- CFO for 18 years in listed companies viz as Executive Director and CFO of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd for 15 years.
- Awardee of “Best Performing CFO in the NBFC Sector” for 2013 by CNBC TV 18 and the most influential CFOs in India by CIMA.
- She is a postgraduate in Commerce and a fellow Member of ICMAI and ICSI. She also holds post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT and post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from NALSAR, Hyderabad.
Mr. Prakash Kandpal - Independent Director:
- A seasoned professional with a diverse background, including serving as Deputy Managing Director at SBI, he brings extensive expertise in retail banking, strategic planning, and customer-centric solutions.
- As the former MD & CEO of SBI General Insurance Co. Ltd., he navigated complex markets, optimizing operations and spearheading growth strategies to solidify the company's position in the insurance sector.
- With a Masters in Financial Management, M.A. in Economics, and a B.Sc. in PCM, he possesses a solid academic foundation complementing his extensive professional experience, enriching his approach to strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
- With hands-on experience leading the Agri Business Unit at SBI Bhopal LHO, he has championed initiatives to support rural development, facilitating access to finance and resources for farmers and agricultural communities.
