- A qualified Chartered Accountant with an All India Ranking of 37, Ashish has also been conferred as ‘Most Astute Bond Fund Manager’ by Asset Magazine, Singapore in 2011.
- Established the company’s policies and processes and assures the company of a continuously sound financial accounting structure.
- With his expertise and passion for the finance sector, Ashish is dedicated to bringing a revolution in fund lending market.
Mr. Akshay Mehrotra - Director:
- A strategic planning & marketing wiz with over 20 years of extensive work experience with some of India’s biggest brands like Future Retail Ltd, PolicyBazaar.com, Big Bazaar, and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
- Implementer of the company’s product strategy and focused on building the business and building EarlySalary as a Financial Institution.
- Exemplary leader with sharp business acumen, coupled with an unwavering passion for customer service.

Mrs. Subhasri Sriram - Independent Director:
- Three decades of professional experience including 25+ years in Shriram Group’s Financial Services business.
- CFO for 18 years in listed companies viz as Executive Director and CFO of Shriram City Union Finance Ltd for 15 years.
- Awardee of “Best Performing CFO in the NBFC Sector” for 2013 by CNBC TV 18 and the most influential CFOs in India by CIMA.
- She is a postgraduate in Commerce and a fellow Member of ICMAI and ICSI. She also holds post Graduate Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT and post Graduate Diploma in Cyber Laws from NALSAR, Hyderabad.
Mr. Satish Mehta - Independent Director:
- Mr. Satish Mehta is a Chartered Accountant by qualification, a seasoned professional in Housing Finance and Credit Information, and a mentor driven by passion. With a career spanning over 43 years, he combines expertise in housing finance, consumer finance, business development, training, credit information, and management consultancy.
- Mr. Mehta’s global experience has been instrumental in developing financial infrastructure across various countries. He has various held leadership roles such as CEO of the Quantum Group, President – Financial Infrastructure & Credit Bureaus at Dun & Bradstreet Dubai, MD at CIBIL, General Manager at HDFC, and COO at Piramal Capital & Housing Finance Limited.
- Currently, he serves as a consultant to the World Bank, a Strategic Advisor to fintech start-ups, a Professor of Practice of Management at Ahmedabad University, and a consultant to Housing Finance and Affordable Housing Finance companies.
- He serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Pahal Financial Services Private Limited and is a member of the Advisory Board for TRST Score, a venture by Fiducia Score Private Limited.
Mr. Mukul Mathur - Independent Director:
- Mr. Mukul Mathur holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics and communication) from the University of Delhi, New Delhi, India. He also holds a post graduate diploma in business management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India.
- He was previously associated with IBM India Private Limited as vice president – IBM security, and with Wipro Infotech Limited as a senior engineer. He has over 35 years of experience in the field of IT services.
- Mr. Mukul Mathur is a certified Information System Auditor from ISACA and possess a post-graduate certificate in cyber security from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
- He also holds a post graduate certificate in cybersecurity from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Massachusetts, United States of America. He has also been a part time consultant for the IIT Bombay Development and Relations Foundations team.
- Currently, he is a partner of ZeroT Plus Technologies LLP and a director with the SK Finance Limited and Tanmatra Foundation.
